Luis M Ventura

After completing his BA in Filmmaking in London in 2009, Luis Ventura worked on a series of commercials, music videos and a web series before securing the budget for his first independent feature film A Confident Man (2012). His directorial debut garnered regional success and led to follow up projects including the festival winning short film Midnight City (2012) and the sci-fi feature Tetro Rouge (2015) in 2015. His third feature film effort The Espadrillo Fortune (2017) found international distribution at the 2017 Marche du Film in Cannes.
