Young actor Aaron Harris has quickly established himself across television, feature film and animation since making his professional debut in 2023.
Aaron will next appear in the feature film "Tiny Fugitives" from Seth Rogen’s Point Grey Pictures. Directed by Michael Lewen and starring Johnny Knoxville, the film follows a group of twelve-year-olds determined to spend the rest of their lives at sleepaway camp. Aaron plays Charness, the loyal best friend and camp wild child, in the comedy scheduled for theatrical release in September 2026. His film credits also include Nickelodeon’s "My Weird School" and the upcoming independent drama "Reimagined."
Aaron is best known to television audiences as Alfie Kingston on CBS’s hit drama "Matlock," starring opposite Academy Award winner Kathy Bates. Aaron portrays the bright, warm and observant grandson of Bates’ Matty Matlock.
In animation, Aaron voices Greg Heffley in Disney’s "Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Last Straw." He also voices Chet in FOX’s animated comedy "Universal Basic Guys."
A native of Atlanta, Aaron began acting at age five, training at the Alliance Theatre before continuing his studies in musical theater, voice, dance and improv at Orbit Arts Academy and pursuing on-camera training at Catapult Acting Studios. He was discovered while performing with Orbit Arts Academy’s Junior Company in a local production of "The Drowsy Chaperone," launching a professional career that quickly expanded across television, film and voice acting.
Equally drawn to comedy and drama, Aaron approaches each role with curiosity and a genuine love of storytelling. Whether exploring a character’s emotional motivations or discovering how physicality can shape a performance, he is passionate about the creative process and continually looks for opportunities to grow as an actor. He aims to build a career that spans comedy, drama and voice acting. Off screen, Aaron enjoys movies, horror and fantasy novels, video games, comics, cooking and magic.
