Tahir is a multi-award winning creative, a versatile actor, singer, presenter and voice actor, who is experienced both in front and behind the camera. His production credits include multi award-winning writer director Rahat Kazmi's Love in Vietnam, India and Vietnam’s first co-production (Sept 2025).
As an actor Tahir joins the list of British celebrities such as Gerard Butler and Gemma Chan as notable British lawyers who transitioned into acting. Both of whom having studied law before pursuing successful careers in the entertainment industry.
Among his notable voice work Tahir’s list of credits includes Academy Award and a Primetime Emmy Award winner Riz Ahmed’s Mogul Mowgli. Tahir has also received multiple awards, nominations and official selections for his own written and directed works, proof of concept Trapped and silent vampire short Slayed, which is industry recognition from international film festivals.
Originally trained in journalism at the BBC, described as 'Alan Rickman' and a 'Barrister by day, balladeer by night', Tahir's recent work includes a recurring role in 5 out of 6 episodes of a Bollywood TV series released a famous Bollywood OTT platform, Hungama (Sept 2025).
Tahir was awarded a scholarship to the University of Oxford's Leadership Programme and when not producing and performing, Tahir also advises on film, media and entertainment law matters.
