Shankar Ramakrishnan

Shankar Ramakrishnan is an Indian filmmaker, screenwriter and actor working primarily in Malayalam cinema. He wrote the story and screenplay for Urumi (2011) and directed Island Express in Kerala Cafe (2009), Pathinettam Padi (2019) and Rani: The Real Story (2023). He made his acting debut in Spirit (2012) and has since appeared in a range of Malayalam films including Bavuttiyude Namathil, How Old Are You, Nirnayakam, Loham, One, Kaval, Pada and Thalavan.
