Beyond her creative work, Basteiro-Bertolí has served as Artistic Director for various film festivals, leveraging her dual background in the arts and academia. Her intellectual foundation is extensive: she holds Master’s degrees in archaeology and church history from universities in Rome and Barcelona and studied at the University of California, Berkeley.
