Aarushi Bajaj was born and raised in the city of Pune. Over her 12 years of schooling, Aarushi's inclination toward dramatics and literature was evident. She was awarded in dramatics, led theatre plays and won intercity debate competitions. After completing her IB Diploma, she chose Mumbai's NMIMS to complete her undergraduate course in Liberal Arts, where she studied theatre and filmmaking. Aarushi has trained at multiple institutions some including a theatre school in Pondicherry, G5A x Lee Strasberg Method Acting, and the Artist Collective Mumbai.
Aarushi began her career working in commercials for reputed brands such as Close Up, Nescafé, Google, and Metaverse. In 2023, Aarushi debuted in the show 'Aarya' directed by Ram Madhwani. She plays the role of Arundhati Sareen, daughter of Aarya played by Sushmita Sen. Riding that momentum, she joined hands with MacGaffin's Netflix backed project Raat Akeli Hai: The Bansal Murders (2025) directed by Honey Trehan playing Aastha Bansal.
