Jacob Schwarz

Jacob Schwarz is a film and television director known for cinematic, character-driven storytelling that resonates long after the credits roll. His work spans both narrative and documentary projects, including collaborations on the globally acclaimed series The Chosen.

Drawn to documentaries for the challenge of shaping chaos into structure, he finds it influences his narrative work, where he reverses the process-disrupting structure just enough to make space for human unpredictability. This creative tension between order and chaos defines his voice.

With a career built on bridging secular and faith-based storytelling from a wide range of traditions and cultures, Jacob crafts stories that are emotionally grounded, visually rich, and universally human.
